Beginners Full Day Cake Workshop

An introduction to simple cake decoration and finishing.
The course will cover:- Layering, covering a cake with marzipan & sugar paste, crimping, cutters & cut outs, embossing. it will also include writing and lettering techniques.
The day will culminate in putting all your new skills into practice and creating your own beautifully decorated cake to take home with you, and wow your family and friends with your new learnt skills.
This course would be perfect for someone interested in decorating cakes.

Carving A Handbag 1 Day Course
Cost £75 Time 9.30am - 2.30pm
This course is a great introduction to the techniques and methods for carving a sponge cake into a Handbag, with this course you will learn how to cover an unusual shape while getting lots of tips and advice from our expert cake decorators. Price includes all materials, lunch and a cake to take home to show your friends.

Full Day Cake pops Workshop
Cost £75 Time 9.30am - 2.30pm
Could cake pops be the next Cupcakes? This class looks at the new craze for cake pops a confection that has recently crossed the Atlantic. On this course you will be working with sponge cake sugar paste, modelling paste, cutters, sprinkles to create a tasteful classic decoration on your cake pops to take home with you,and wow your family and friends with your new learnt skills.

2 Day Workshop Human Figures
Cost £150.00 Time 9.30am - 2.30pm
This 2 day course offers an in depth introduction to creating 'caricature and moulded human figures. You will learn how to create both sitting and standing figures. You will be shown how to give your characters poses and expressions and how to add life to your figures. This is a great course to really allow you to practice creating figures while getting lots of tips and advice from our expert cake decorators.
