work is one of our specialities, we use only the finest
callebout Belgian chocolate. You can choose sponge bases
in a variety of choices including, Dark moist chocolate,
buttery Madeira, carrot, tangy lemon,are but a few.
These can then be filled with rich
chocolate ganache, and covered in a variety of ways including
chocolate curls, in either white,milk,or dark chocolate
or a luxury whipped ganach or a smooth chocolate coating.
The decoration could be handmade sugar sprays perhaps
to replicate your bouquet or fresh fruit or perhaps fun
figures or chocolate roses.
